Using the finest cuts of wild Sockeye salmon, caught in the clear, cold waters of Alaska, we produce a natural product of the very highest quality.
The skilful preparation into thin slices and the gentle smoking over beech wood make Sockeye salmon an extremely delicious dish, to be enjoyed on its own or with a light dressing. Known as ‘red salmon’ due to the colour of its flesh, it is one of the leanest varieties of salmon.

Many specialties are entirely produced and packaged at the Bernardini Gastone facility.
